Domestic (within the US) Shipping Carriers
Domestic shipping methods include the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the United Parcel Service (UPS).
USPS Shipping Methods
USPS typically delivers all packages by 8 PM on the estimated date of delivery. Please note that we cannot request or guarantee delivery by a specific time frame. Our USPS offerings include Priority Express Mail and USPS Priority Mail. Please note that USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
USPS Priority Mail
USPS Priority mail should be delivered within 2 to 3 days. The United States Postal Service does not offer delivery on Sundays or holidays. Priority mail should be delivered in 3 days but unforeseen events may cause delays in your shipments. All orders over $75 qualify for free USPS Priority Shipping. You will get a tracking number and delivery confirmation with this shipping method.
UPS Shipping Methods
UPS will deliver your package by 8 PM on the estimated delivery date. We are not able to request specific delivery times. Our UPS shipping methods include UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS Second-Day Air, and UPS Ground. UPS will only deliver to a physical address. So, you cannot choose UPS if you are shipping to a P.O. box. UPS will not make deliveries on Saturday or Sunday.
UPS Ground
UPS Ground guarantees that you will receive your package within 1 to 5 business days. UPS does not make any deliveries on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
Order Processing Deadlines
All orders that are received before 3:00 PM PST Monday through Friday excluding holidays will ship out the same day. Orders that are received after this time period will be processed the next business day. Orders that are received before 1:00 PM PST on Saturdays excluding holidays will ship the same day. All P.O. Box orders will be shipped by the US Postal Service.
Discreet Shipping
Your order will be discreetly shipped and will not state what you purchased.
Items on Order
Items that are out of stock will have a date listed next to the product letting you know when it will be restocked.
Shipping Confirmation Emails
You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email from us once your order is finished processing. Please be advised that our shipping carriers will not pick up packages from our facility on weekends or holidays. If your order is placed after our order processing deadline, there could be a delay in receiving your shipping confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order. Your shipping time frame will begin once the carrier has picked it up from our facility.Â

Refunds
Upon the arrival of your items, we will notify you that we received your return. Once we have inspected them, we will let you know the status of your refund. If approved, we will provide a refund in the same way that you paid.
